Diversified Technology
The primary purpose of Diversified Technology is to
teach students how to read technical documentation. This
course will empower students to be "Life Long Learners."
This "Foundations of Technology" class provides students
with daily hands-on exploration experiences in a modular laboratory.
- The students discover their personal interest, aptitudes, and
abilities in various areas of technology.
- The students gain insights into career opportunities so that they
can make meaningful occupational and educational choices for high
school.
- This program provides active learning situations designed to
develop higher order thinking skills through practical problem solving
experiences.
